Property / Boundary Line Survey in Hagerstown, Maryland

Client called concerned the neighbor’s recent boundary survey was performed incorrectly. The neighbor’s survey showed the binding boundary line crossing over and on to our client’s driveway. We began with diligent land records research and discovered a deed between our client and their neighbor, which a portion of land was purchased by our client from the neighbor for the additional area to build a driveway. This area of land moved the binding boundary line off the driveway. We discuss the discrepancies in detail with both our client and the neighbor, both parties were satisfied with our findings and research.
